JOIN SAN MATEO CITY COUNCIL TOMORROW, SEPT. 6TH AT 7PM TO CELEBRATE OUR 2022 BAYWOOD OUTSTANDING HOME MAINTENANCE AWARD WINNERS - LIVE AT CITY HALL OR ON ZOOM

Chris Yeh (and Jennifer Jacoby-Yeh) welcome Baywood Neighborhood Association Board Directors Teresa Rose and Lisa Diaz Nash to their 2022 Baywood Outstanding Home Maintenance Award home

The Baywood Neighborhood Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the 2022 Baywood Outstanding Home Maintenance Award is given to Christopher Yeh and Jennifer Jacoby-Yeh on Virginia Avenue! Chris and Jennifer moved out to Baywood from Boston many years ago and have been lovingly restoring their Tudor style home and improving their landscaping. They give all the credit for their beautiful garden to their landscape architect, Michael Galli, and their landscape manager, Eddy Zaragoza. As a result, they're giving the $100 gift certificate that goes with their award to Eddy so he and his family can have a fun night at Tomatina's. Chris and Jennifer are excited to accept the award tomorrow night at 7pm. You can attend in person or watch the award presentation on Zoom (link available here). San Mateo Mayor Rick Bonilla will present a certificate to the winners of each neighborhood as part of the annual San Mateo United Homeowners Association Home Maintenance Awards. Chris and Jennifer also will be able to host a "Best of Baywood" sign to put in their front yard. Please join us in congratulating Chris and Jennifer for adding to Baywood's quality of life in such a lovely way. Join us in watching the full San Mateo Home Maintenance Award presentation live at City Hall, 330 W. 20th Ave., or on zoom , this Tuesday, Sept. 6th, at 7pm. The diversity of lovingly maintained homes across San Mateo is a major reason why San Mateo is such a wonderful place to live!
